Book Expo America–A Girl and Her Dog

New York was fabulous. Amazing. Stupendous. Spectacular. O.M.G. Crazy! And any other superlative you or a tween girl could come up with.

Book Expo America was also all of those things plus, overwhelming, exhausting, thrilling and …well, kind of bizarre.  And now, I can’t wait for the American Librarian’s Association annual conference in two weeks! This time Seamus will be accompanying me…that should be interesting.

I’ll post again about BEA, because it really did feel like  “Here’s my lemonade from allllllllllllll those lemons.” And it was tasty indeed. For now though, I’m tired and I’ve got to get unpacked and send a few thank you notes and all that. So I’ll just let you know you can check out photos from my BEA/NYC trip on our Facebook page:  www.facebook.com/thedoglived   Here’s a preview:
